| Description | The Integrated Tribal Development Foundation (ITDF) is a Christian non-profit organization based in Chiang Mai, Thailand, with more than 34 years of experience serving marginalized hill tribe communities in northern Thailand. ITDF works across water and sanitation (WASH), education, livelihoods, and food security, health and mental health, environmental conservation, and community empowerment. ITDF's mission is to improve quality of life through holistic, sustainable community development rooted in Christian values of compassion, dignity, integrity, and servant leadership. The role sought is that of an Executive Director to lead the organization into its next chapter following a planned leadership transition. The Executive Director will provide strategic, operational, and spiritual leadership, ensuring that ITDF remains impactful, financially sustainable, and faithful to its mission. |
