| Description | The Thailand Lahu Baptist Convention is seeking a dedicated individual to help train locals in various methods of evangelism and church planting as they get to know the Lahu people. In addition, there is a desire for this individual to strengthen the Convention constituency in their knowledge of and appreciation for the Baptist distinctive. This position is based in Chiang Mai, with regular travel to villages in the surrounding provinces. The individual will provide teaching and training for local church members, pastors, and convention evangelists, offering guidance in all aspects of evangelism, discipleship, and church‑planting strategies. |
