Description La Antorcha Bible Institute trains indigenous leaders from among the more than 107 native tribes of Colombia to serve their own ethnic groups as well as those that are unreached. This is a Bible institute intended only for indigenous or tribal people to study the Bible and other practical courses. Students come from different cultures, languages, backgrounds, lifestyles, socioeconomic levels, and regions.

The type of ministry through which the volunteers can serve will depend on the skills, abilities, gifts, preparation, experience, and duration of service. The areas of need are work in the kitchen, cleaning, maintenance, construction, health care, discipleship, preaching, teaching, leading worship, etc. A willing, servant heart is what is most needed.
