Description A maximum of 12 adults to join Rev. Dr. Lauran Bethell, to travel to Amsterdam, Netherlands, to learn from one of the pioneers in the anti-human trafficking movement. From Amsterdam to Gouda to Keukenhoff Tulip gardens, you will visit creative anti-trafficking organizations, interact with practitioners and see how grass-roots projects are addressing the issues of human trafficking and prostitution in The Netherlands. Each evening you will gather with Lauran and the group to debrief the day’s experience, as well as brainstorm and pray about what you can do in your own context. The team will also have an opportunity to worship at an international church, where multiple languages are spoken. Team members need to process final payment by 3/15/2023. Non-refundable deposit of $250 with application reserves a seat.
The total in-country cost for the trip is $1,900 (which includes lodging, all meals, van rentals, entrance fee to Keukenhoff Tulip gardens, ministry support, IM Staff leadership & administration fee) + Airfare. Each participant is responsible to purchase their own airline ticket. Everyone flies into Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam.
