| Description | Hosts, Lee Ann & Gordon Hwang, with the Japan Baptist Union Rifu Christian Church (Oasis Chapel) teach English conversation classes for children and Christian parenting for parents. They engage in ministry of hospitality and will be the main hosts for a team of maximum 8 people to learn and discover ministry in Japanese context. Team will provide spiritual support, encouragement, prayers, work at the Morigo Campground (gardening, cafe conversations, perform some light building repairs), share meals with church members. The team will be immersed in various Japanese cultural experiences, such as Japan's Golden Week, traditional meals, visit hot springs natural formations, local farms, and more. Cost for the trip is $1,450 ((in-country lodging, transportation, meals, team leadership, orientation sessions, background check, emergency insurance) + Airfare.
