| Description | HEAL Africa is a major teaching hospital and provider of social services in Goma, Democratic Republic of the Congo. The hospital provides advanced medical and surgical care, while the social services ministries provide holistic care and support (feeding, literacy, micro-finance, education, trauma counseling) to women and children throughout the region. HEAL seeks an open-minded, humble and energetic person to provide mentorship and encouragement to the leaders of the children’s ministries. The ideal candidate would have proficiency in French, and teaching /project management experience. HEAL Africa operates on two adjoining campuses in the city of Goma located on historic Lake Kivu on the Congo-Rwanda border. Housing will be provided inside the HEAL Africa compound.
