| Description | Deborah's House is a ministry for victims of domestic abuse, housing women and children in northern Baja, Mexico. Volunteers (preferably women) are requested to come and work with the residents to provide continuing education, parenting skills, gardening, life skills. In the morning, volunteers will work with the women and older children. In afternoon, they would work with the younger children, tutoring in various subjects and provide help with schoolwork. Volunteers also offer ministry of presence, listening and healing through relationship building. |
