| Description | Addis Kidan (New Covenant) Baptist Church, a dynamic IM partner eager to empower its people, is seeking a strategist in church planting and growth to serve as a Missions and Church Plant Consultant. This should be a person with training in theology, biblical studies, missiology, cultural studies, religious studies and related fields and at least 3-5 years ministry and leadership experience. This global servant will assist in training and equipping church planters and leaders to create favorable environments for missionaries and church planters in both established churches and new church planting sites.
