| Description | The Seira Community Church (SCC) began in 2012 by a group of “determined believers” who wanted to share the gospel in their communities, and plant churches that are rooted and established in strong Biblical principles. Today, the SCC is comprised of seven local churches, ten church plants and has over 3,500 members. In addition to its evangelical outreach activities, the SCC is engaged in several community development programs. These include education, vocational training, micro-finance, agricultural projects, and the “4S Sewing” project. The SCC has six main ministry priorities: Evangelization, Good Governance, Community Development, Health and Wellness, Family and Gender Balance Promotion, and Civic Education. The SCC is prayerfully seeking a ministry advisor/project manager. The person in this role should have 5-10 years of ministry and/or organizational experience and demonstrated proficiency in mentoring, discipleship, building partnerships, networking, communication, project design and management, and building organizational capacity. |
